Working under Turbulence Creative and in collaboration with designer Amber Chen, I was tasked with the design and development of a handcuff-style bracelet for a Spring/Summer collection.
Initially, this project consisted of extensive conceptual design and sketching to ensure that my ideas met the visions of the client. After adapting to the feedback from the client, CAD could begin.
Working alongside another engineering consultant on the team, I prepared the design for manufacture with the final product made from a mixture of machined steel, aluminium and acrylic. The result was a clean and polished, lockable bracelet that achieved the original vision of the client.
